| About the Authors Eddie Hill is president of Team Up, Inc., based in Dallas, Texas, which provides School In-Services, training and team-building events for groups of all kinds. Eddie enjoys being creative in his sessions, writings, and videos. He appreciates all the sacrifices teachers and coaches make to help kids. Eddie is an avid golfer and volunteer mediator for Tarrant County. He coaches youth sports and published with Dr. Moore his first book, The Coaches Motivational Play book, in 1996. He also is an Instructor for Richland College in Dallas. He earned his B.A. degree from Barton College in Wilson, North Carolina, and his Masters from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas. Eddie lives in Dallas, Texas, with his wife Karen, son Austin, and daughter Allison. Dr. Jim Moore brings his enthusiasm and insight to the Character Is Key series. As a coach of youth sports, he understands the importance of motivating through hard work, object lessons, and creative education. Jim is the vice president of Team Up, Inc. He also speaks at coaching clinics, writes articles, and leads interactive seminars that get results. Jim is also an avid golfer. A graduate of Texas A&M and Texas Christian Universities, he received his Doctorate from St. Paul Seminary in Kansas City, Missouri.
