3.  See your situation
exactly as it is.

4.  Be kind to yourself.

5.  Remember that anxious
thoughts and memories are
just thoughts and memories.

6.  Replace negative 'what ifs'
with positive ones.

7.  Do something constructive;
don't just sit there.
